Privacy Policy
TERACTOR LLC ("we", "us") handles personal information in the game app "Phone Slam!" (Japanese title: 挟むな危険; the "Service") as set out below.
Collection of Information
We may collect your information when you install or otherwise access the Service. The Service has no account registration or login, and it does not collect your name, email address, phone number, address or precise location.
Information We Collect
The Service may collect the following information.
1. Information collected when you register on the ranking
・Player ID (a random identifier generated within the Service)
・The name displayed on the ranking (as entered by you)
・Play records such as your score
・Date and time of play
・App version
2. Information collected about your use of the game (sent automatically as you use the game, even if you do not register on the ranking)
・Player ID
・Type of event (first launch, launch, game start, game end, rewarded video watched, interstitial ad shown)
・Score and type of ending at game end (whether you slammed the phone or time ran out)
・Date and time the event occurred
・App version and platform (iOS, Android, etc.)
3. Information about your country
・A country code obtained from your device's region setting (two letters, such as "JP"; sent by the app)
・If the app does not send a country code, we determine the country from the IP address the connection comes from and store only the country code. We do not store the IP address itself.
4. Information collected when ads are displayed
・Advertising identifiers (IDFA, advertising ID)
・Device information (OS, device model, language, IP address, etc.)
・Log information such as ad impressions and taps
The name and play records shown on the ranking are visible to other users. Please do not enter information that could identify you, such as your real name.
Purposes of Use
The Service uses the collected information for the following purposes.
・To display the ranking
・To exclude fraudulent records and hide inappropriate names
・To deliver ads and optimize ad delivery
・To fix bugs, to understand usage including by country, and to produce statistical data
・To notify the operator of usage
・To respond to inquiries
・To take other measures necessary for the smooth operation of the Service
About Advertising
The Service displays ads using "Google AdMob", an ad delivery service provided by Google LLC. Through AdMob's mediation feature, ads from the following companies may also be displayed. For how each company handles the information it collects, please see that company's privacy policy.

Use of Advertising Identifiers
When displaying ads, the Service may use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) provided by Apple Inc. and the advertising ID provided by Google LLC (together, "advertising identifiers") to obtain information such as the ads you viewed and your usage environment, and may record it on the servers of the advertising companies listed above. This information is not used to identify you personally; it is used for ad delivery, measurement and optimization.
On iOS, the Service asks for your permission to track on first launch. If you do not allow tracking, you can still use the Service, but you will not be shown ads tailored to you. You can change this setting under "Privacy & Security" in the Settings app. On Android, you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalization under "Google" in the Settings app. For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, a screen asking for your consent is shown before ads are displayed.
About Determining Your Country
If the app does not send a country code, we determine the country from the IP address the connection comes from. For this we use the "IP to Country Lite" database from DB-IP (CC BY 4.0), and after the lookup we store only the country code.
Storage of Information and Notifications to the Operator
The information we collect is stored on a database service provided by Supabase, Inc. In addition, so that the operator can understand how the game is used, we send a notification of each play event to Discord, provided by Discord, Inc. The notification contains the first part of the player ID, the country, the type of event, the platform, the app version, and the score at game end. The name displayed on the ranking is not included in the notification.
Provision of Information
The Service does not provide your personal information to third parties except in the following cases.
・When you have given prior consent
・When disclosure is required by law
・When it is necessary to protect a person's life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain the person's consent
・When our business, including personal information, is succeeded to through a merger, company split, business transfer or other reason
Use by Children
If you are under 15 and register a name on the ranking, please do so with the consent of your parent or guardian.
GDPR
When we process the personal data of users in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR apply. If you are covered by these laws and wish to exercise your rights, please contact us through the contact point for the Service. If your data is not handled appropriately, you may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy without prior notice to you, in response to changes in laws or changes to the Service. The revised content will be posted on this page.
Language
This Privacy Policy is prepared in Japanese, and the Japanese version prevails. Any translation into another language is for reference only and is not binding on you.
